If your AirTag is nearby, your iPhone can lead you straight to it using Precision Finding. Built-in Ultra Wideband technology calculates precise distance in real time, displaying dynamic directional arrows on screen that point exactly where your item is hiding.
Misplacing your wallet or gym bag doesn’t have to be an ordeal. Simply trigger a chirp on the integrated speaker through the Items tab in the Find My app, or say “Hey Siri, find my keys” to follow the sound right to your belongings under couches or cushions.
When you’ve left something far behind, like at Flic-en-Flac beach or a café in Port Louis, the global Find My network springs into action. Nearby Apple devices securely detect your AirTag's signal and relay its location to iCloud without anyone knowing.
Only you can see where your AirTag is. Your location data and history are never stored on the AirTag itself, and device relay communications are end-to-end encrypted. If an unknown AirTag finds its way into your things, your iPhone warns you immediately.
