1. Registration & Customer Responsibilities

1.1 Registration

Upon placing an order with us, you may sign up/register on our website or opt for our quick check-out system. A registered account can only be in the name of one person at any one time. You agree that personal details provided upon registration are true, accurate, current, and complete, and you will notify us promptly of any changes by updating your online profile.

1.2 Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities and orders placed under your account or during quick check-out. If you suspect an unauthorized third party is accessing your shopping account, notify us immediately at istoremauritius@gmail.com. Failing this notice, we will not be liable for any loss, damage, or prejudice suffered as a result of unauthorized use. You may deregister at any time by contacting customer service.

1.3 Account Cancellation & Misuse

You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or use a name you are not authorized to use. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account at any time if misuse or security breaches are suspected.

1.4 Website Modification

We reserve the right to modify or temporarily withdraw the website (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or withdrawal. Continued use of the website following changes constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

2. Pricing & Order Accuracy

Our products are sold at prices advertised on the website applicable at the time of your order. All prices are quoted in Mauritian Rupees (MUR) and are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without notice at any time prior to order confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or unauthorized distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions, updating your contact and billing details promptly.

3. Offers, Specifications & Content Corrections

All customers are eligible for advertised offers and promotions, which may be modified or withdrawn while stocks last prior to order confirmation.

Customers should rely on text product descriptions and technical specifications when placing orders. Product photographs are for guidance and illustration only and do not form part of the contract of sale.

We endeavor to provide accurate information on the website. In the event of typographical errors or omissions regarding pricing or availability, we reserve the right to correct them and withdraw affected offers or cancel affected orders.

4. Payment Gateways & Security

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Juice by MCB, Internet Banking (IB), and Bank Transfer.

All payments are handled securely using the online e-commerce platform of the MCB Internet Gateway Service, which manages your transaction. Complete bank and card details are never stored on our servers.

Upon checking out, your account or card will be debited for the full amount due. Once cleared, an automated confirmation email is sent. At this stage, no additional products may be added to that particular order.

5. Warranty Coverage

All Apple devices (including iMac, MacBook, iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch) come with a one (1) year manufacturer’s limited warranty coverage from the date of purchase. Such warranty does not cover standard accessories, cables, or cosmetic wear.

All products under warranty will be serviced by the authorized distributor of the product sold in Mauritius, subject to the terms and conditions stated on the warranty certificate of each item.

6. Returns, Delivery Inspection & Order Amendments

Goods once sold and delivered are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Cancellations are considered only if requested within 24 hours of placing an order and prior to dispatch.

Customer Responsibilities: The customer is required to inspect the condition and conformity of the product at the time of delivery or collection before signing the delivery slip. If an item is damaged or does not conform to your order, refuse delivery and notify the personnel immediately for a replacement. Once delivery has been signed for, we will not be liable for breakages, non-conformity, or shortages.

If an ordered product is out of stock, our sales agent will contact you to discuss restocking timelines or suggest an alternative model.

7. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the Laws of Mauritius. The place of jurisdiction shall exclusively be Mauritius. In the event any provision of these terms is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.
