Back up your iPhone, iPad, or Mac via iCloud or Time Machine. Device servicing or logic board diagnostics may require factory restoration.

Turn Off "Find My"

Per Apple global security policy, Apple Authorised technicians cannot run hardware diagnostics while Find My Activation Lock is active.
